John and his wife Marie live in Olathe, Kansas where they enjoy friends and family.
Scott Norris started in the financial service industry in 1999 with Prudential Financial. Scott holds a Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law) and is an Investment Advisor Representative with Royal Fund Management, LLC. Scott believes when it comes to retirement, it is important to be able to “Sleep Well At Night” By being an independent advisor he is able choose from some of the best investment portfolios, managers and products to help his clients achieve their financial goals and shape their legacy for generations to come. Scott is married to his wife, Robin of 29 years. They have 5 children and 1 grandchild. He and his family are active in their local church. He is a lifetime member of the VFW. When not working he enjoys the great outdoors, travel, biking and spending time with family.

Health Insurance Broker
Ana Grobe is the Administrative Assistant for Nexus Financial Group & Associates, LLC. Ana provides support to the staff and clients with specific expertise in database management, estate planning document coordination, effective client communication and workshop preparation efficiency. Ana schedules appointments handles daily operations, processes Investment and Insurance contracts/requests.
Ana’s work history includes serving as the Human Resources Manager for Diagnostic Imaging Centers. After retiring from there she elected to work with Nexus and brings incredible experience, energy and charm.
Ana has two daughters and two grandchildren. She is very active in wellness, fitness, health and nutrition. Her hobbies include boating, walking, hiking and biking. Her goal is to create a positive and professional experience for all Nexus clients
Executive Assistant/Business Manager
Stephanie Gustafson is the Executive Assistant and Business Manager for Nexus Financial Group. Stephanie provides support to the Nexus Financial Group staff and clients. She schedules appointments, handles daily operations, processes Investment and Insurance contracts/requests, and manages the company’s Client Management System. Stephanie has a degree in Organizational Communications with a minor in Business Management. She has worked in a variety of industries, but has spent most of her career in the corporate setting, where she has extensive experience in employee development systems.
Stephanie has been married for over 25 years to her husband Norm. They have a beautiful daughter, Janae. Stephanie is passionate about her faith, family, and friends. In her spare time, you will find Stephanie serving with her husband in church and various ministries, gardening, enjoying photography, or traveling. She is also an active volunteer and coach with Kansas Special Olympics for over 10 years.
